  Pentad means “a group of five,” and it describes the five-part portfolio of corporate capabilities we’ve assembled, so that customers enjoy a differentiating return on their investment in doing business with us. 1: Full Product Line Our product offerings are as comprehensive and varied as our customers’ requirements for options and choices. We provide four collections and accompanying coordinates of seating, tables, casework, and accessories for our main markets of healthcare, college and university learning environments, and the workplace. 2: Prestigious Design As we approach our 50th year in business, we are revitalizing the company with a fresh and energetic point of view that drives everything we do. Especially in regards to our design collaborations, we are a new company focused on serving our customers as design peers -- forging contemporary innovations in all aspects of our business. From research, design talent, materials, fabrics, and sustainability practices, we are setting new design standards in an exciting market. (See our awards.) 3: Lead TIme Leadership Brandrud’s ability to manufacture product in 4 weeks (and sometimes less) after receiving an order sets the industry standard. That includes managing the purchase and delivery of fabric for all products – something we do at no additional costs. Moreover, because we have the entire product line in inventory, we can respond to requests to mock up samples that reflect any specially requested finish and palette. 4: Customer Advocacy From the customer service staff at Brandrud headquarters, to our sales representative in the field, we believe that customer care is our primary responsibility – from first inquiry to successful installation, and beyond. We are customer advocates, focused on total fulfillment to make sure everything arrives on time, problem-free, and stays that way. 5: End-to-End Warranty We are committed to integrity and quality for the full lifecycle of our products. We even encourage customers to call us about issues outside of Brandrud’s control. You will never hear the phrase, “It’s not our problem.” |
